	A statistical tool for analysis of Evolutionary and Moving Intervals in Dendroclimatology This project involves implementation of bootstrapped correlation and response functions to identify climatic signals in tree rings. The software allows analysis of a single time period (or interval) as well as of multiple time intervals. This application was developed in Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) with Visual C++.


	Individual/Landscape Model for Dendrochronology This simulation program analyzes the behavior and the trends in growth of tree species in a subjected landscape model. This program is based on the object oriented model described in "A C++ implementation of the Individual/Landscape model" by William Congleton, Bryan Pearce and Brian F Beal ( University of Maine). This application is being developed in Visual C++ with the base classes from original model.


	ArcIMS Application for Dendroclimatology This is the developing GIS web application hosted on our ArcIMS server. It will present data from Great Basin tree species, climate, and hydrological parameters. This application is being developed with ASP.NET (C#), ArcGIS 9, and ArcIMS 4. Any additional data relating to the Great Basin in terms of climate, fire history, water supply, and tree species would be welcome additions! The site is under construction here.
